As a Project Manager at Latitude Group, you’ll lead real estate development projects from concept to completion. You’ll collaborate across design, construction, and client teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, budget discipline, and strong leadership.
Responsibilities

Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects

Qualifications

5+ years experience in real estate or construction project management

Strong knowledge of construction processes and regulations

Business Developer
As a Business Developer, you'll drive Latitude Group’s growth by identifying new opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and expanding our project portfolio. You'll be the bridge between vision and execution, bringing in high-impact deals.
Responsibilities

Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities

Build and nurture relationships with investors, clients, and partners

Qualifications

3–5 years experience in business development, sales, or real estate

Strong network in real estate, architecture, or luxury housing preferred

Customer Success
As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll ensure our clients have a smooth, informed, and personalized experience from project engagement to handover. You’ll be their advocate, guide, and go-to for support across the journey.
Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-sale

Guide clients through onboarding, registration, and documentation

Qualifications
